WHAT IS CARDIO TENNIS?

Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.

Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. The Cardio Balls equalize the playing field and enhance the workout.

Description

ABOUT DIRECTOR OF TENNIS TED WALKUP

Ted is a USPTA Certified Professional originally from Dayton, Ohio.  Following his collegiate tennis career at Northern Kentucky University, Ted has worked in the tennis industry.  He was the high-performance junior coordinator at Kattering Tennis Center in Dayton, Ohio before serving as a tennis professional at Greensboro Country Club from 2014 to 2021.   Experienced with all levels of junior and adults, he also has led Gate City tennis and Cardio tennis clinics.  He currently lives in Greensboro with his wife Miliana and dog Archie.
